What we collect
- Information you give us — name, company, email address, telephone number and shipment details submitted through our quotation, booking and contact forms.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, used only to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

Cookies, analytics and third-party services
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share data for advertising. Four third-party services are used; each may process limited technical data and, where stated, may set cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — measures how the site is used so we know which pages are useful. It records page views, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. It does not receive anything you type into a form.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — helps us understand how visitors use the site through session recordings, click and scroll data, device and browser details, and technical errors. Clarity cookies are disabled on this website, so separate page views are not joined into multi-page visitor sessions. Form-field values and other sensitive content are masked before transmission.
- Tawk.to (tawk.to Inc.) — provides the live chat window. If you open a chat it processes the messages you send, your IP address and browser details so the conversation can be maintained.
- Google Maps (Google LLC) — the map on our contact page is served by Google and loads when the page is opened.
