Track a
shipment

We do not publish a self-service tracking portal, and we would rather say so plainly than put a search box on this page that returns nothing useful. Cargo moving under a PARS Line or PVS Shipping Line bill of lading is tracked by the operations team handling your file, against the carrier’s own systems and our terminal contacts at both ends.

In practice this is faster than a portal and considerably more informative. An automated status tells you a container has been discharged. Our desk can tell you whether it has been released, whether the documentation has cleared, what is holding it if it has not, and when the truck is booked.

What to send us

Any one of the following is enough to locate a shipment. All three together mean we can answer without coming back to you:

• Bill of lading number — house or master
• Container number — four letters and seven digits
• Booking reference, if the cargo has not yet sailed

Add the port of loading and the port of discharge if you have them, and tell us what you actually need to know: current position, estimated arrival, release status, documentation status or delivery booking. A specific question gets a specific answer.

Cargo on a third-party bill of lading

Where we have arranged carriage on another line’s bill, we track it on your behalf through the carrier. You can also check the carrier’s own portal directly using the master bill of lading number shown on your documentation — we will tell you which carrier and which reference to use if it is not clear from the paperwork.

Response times

Enquiries reaching us during Dubai office hours are normally answered the same working day, and often within the hour. Outside those hours, live chat and WhatsApp messages are picked up when the desk opens. If a shipment is time-critical and something has gone wrong, telephone rather than email — it remains the fastest way to reach a person who can act.
